Instructional Design & Content Architecture:
- Own the overall enablement content architecture, defining how learning content is structured and scaled.
- Lead the design and maintenance of modular, reusable enablement content.
- Ensure learning experiences are clear, engaging, and easy to maintain.
Stakeholder Partnership & Needs Discovery:
- Partner with SMEs, Product, and Operations leaders to understand enablement needs.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to translate business requirements into learning solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and scope for enablement initiatives.
People Management & Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a distributed instructional design team across North America and India.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Support workload planning, prioritization, and day-to-day team execution.
