In this role you will enable product teams to focus on strategy, deliver impactful solutions and achieve shared goals across teams with a passion for data storytelling.
Design, build, and maintain high-quality features for our Foothold Care Management (FCM) platform. Contribute to modern web applications and REST APIs, writing clean and maintainable code. Collaborate closely with your team to deliver secure and reliable solutions that support care managers and provider networks. Take ownership of your work across its full lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and troubleshooting product issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and helping maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring prompt responses and high-quality resolutions.
