- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs.
- Apply andragogy principles to create learner-centric experiences.
- Design blended learning solutions using various formats.
- Distribute tasks between web design and copywriting teams, ensuring interaction between Client Success, Campaign manager departments.
- Participate in rallies and work with Google Docs, planning tasks and requests, controlling task due dates.
- Coordinate team interactions and maintain up-to-date information in task tables, ensuring data accuracy.
- Developing demand gen and media strategies, identifying priority audiences, and understanding media behavior.
- Leveraging insights and analytics to optimize strategies and communicate channel performance effectively.
- Collaborating with sales and client success teams to ensure campaign concepts and executions align with planned media strategy activations.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware, software, and services
- Manage global IT asset lifecycle across EMEA and US regions, including logistics coordination
- Drive cost optimization initiatives for assets and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
