As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our software products and driving their success in the market. You will be a key player in our newly formed team, helping to navigate the complex digital landscape of generative AI. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into actionable insights and strategies.

This position supports the DIRECTV for Business channel in delivering key strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience. You'll demonstrate accountability for project success by managing action items and deliverables, driving progress across teams, and leading projects by coordinating with various departments. Must be able to assess the project in terms of big picture impacts and provide project updates to management.

We're expanding our product function and looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to join our Delivery and Mobile team. You will develop and maintain a product roadmap for delivery and in-store mobile applications. You will also conduct market and customer research to generate actionable insights and guide product development decisions.

The Customer Success Programs team drives operational excellence and scalability across our global Sales organization. As a Program Manager II, you’ll play a critical supporting role in executing high-impact initiatives that improve sales productivity, streamline workflows, and drive adoption of strategic go-to-market changes. This role will work closely to support programs that evolve and scale our Customer Success strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
