This Manager role lives within the customer engagement arm of Granicus Implementation Services and is a key member of the Implementation Services team to manage Implementation Teams and Projects. You’ll be an expert on managing Implementation Teams and Projects, leading people and working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

The Product Manager will drive impactful integrations within the clinical trial industry; responsible for developing and executing integration strategies that enhance the functionality and connectivity of SiteVault application. You will collaborate with customers, sales, consulting teams, and engineering to create product integration roadmaps and define integration specifications.

Drive the successful execution of one of WhiteTech's key projects, ensuring its strategic growth and operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and analysts to define, build, and optimize products that align with business objectives and user needs. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery.

As a Product Manager, you'll shape the evolution of products, platforms, and customer experience at Mint Mobile. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and other teams, you'll drive the development and commercialization of new services. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and a passion for innovation.
