The Product Manager leads the planning, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of complex data systems, collaborates with stakeholders and key users, including engineers, data scientists, City department leaders and the public, in order to design, develop, and implement products that meet the needs of San Franciscans and support the City’s policy goals.

Provide strategic project and change management support to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the National Weather Service (NWS). Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope in support of senior executive government leaders. Implement accurate and repeatable program management processes. Facilitate and contribute to strategic planning and milestone development.
