Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions Lead - AI and Automation

Role Overview:

• The AI Solutions Lead advances responsible AI adoption across Emory University as the primary engagement lead for AI-related requests, consultations, pilots, and emerging opportunities.
• This role operates Emory's AI Concierge function, helping diverse stakeholders identify, evaluate, and implement high-value AI use cases without performing platform administration or custom engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads intake, discovery, and consultation for AI requests, understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and success measures.
• Plans and evaluates pilots, including charters, implementation plans, and scaling recommendations, while coordinating with security, data governance, and compliance teams.
• Maintains a centralized inventory of requests and outcomes, developing business cases and executive updates on realized value.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree and five years of progressively responsible experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, product management, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and mature new services, manage competing priorities, and operate in evolving governance environments.
• Preferred familiarity with AI technologies, responsible AI practices, higher education, healthcare, or research environments.

Work Environment:

• Full remote position with occasional supported visits to an Emory University location.
