Senior Product Manager – Internal Processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision and direction for internal systems and process improvements in partnership with leadership.
• Lead initiatives from ambiguous business problems through discovery, design, delivery, adoption, and measurable results.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Project, Business Analysis, or transformation roles within digital companies.
• Proven ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes and implement internal products or automation solutions.
• Practical experience with AI, automation, and no-code/low-code tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make; fluent English.
