- 4+ years in product management on internal tools, operations, or workflow products.
- Comfort shadowing support agents or accountants and measuring cycle time baselines.
- AI fluency and the ability to earn trust with leaders who don't report to you.
Success in Six Months:
- Key workflows mapped and the first workload chosen with a signed-off metric.
- First version live with real users and cycle time dropping.
- Insights documented in an embed playbook for the next PM.
