What you'll do:
- Own the full product loop end-to-end: AI-augmented discovery, story/spec, prototype, production PR, and outcome measurement.
- Own the product catalog and inventory data surface end-to-end, including SKUs, variants, bundles, lots, and channel sync.
- Run customer discovery yourself and use AI tools to synthesize research.
Your first 90 days:
- Days 1–30: Map the domain and understand the ShipBob operating model.
- Days 30–60: Ship your first PR, small and safe.
- Days 60–90: Make a real call by defining metrics and making a rollout-or-kill decision.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 5+ years of product management or product engineering experience with hands-on AI tool usage.
- Proven ability to write specs that AI tools can act on directly.
- Technical fluency to read data models and evaluate API contracts.
