The Safety and Compliance Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Safety and Compliance department by managing data, maintaining documentation, and assisting in the development of procedures and reports. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and contributing to the department's overall success. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Safety.

We’re seeking a Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our retail fulfillment and EDI operations. This role owns logistics and EDI performance across our most critical retail accounts. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of retailer compliance, EDI architecture, routing, and 3PL performance, along with strong leadership skills.

You will spearhead the development of product visions and strategies for our operational facing technology product suites. Your role is pivotal in enabling hundreds of fulfillment partners to service tens of thousands of merchants to harness ShipBob's network effects, enhancing their ability to serve shoppers more effectively. Heading a team of seasoned product managers, you will drive building technologies focused on Picking, Consolidation, Packing, Work Orders Execution and Returns to improve speed and efficiency while minimizing total costs for the partners and customers.

You will be responsible for supporting our Inventory Storage Capacity management system, data validations, modelling fullness, and communicating with Operations leadership for placement decisions. You will help expand the scope of ShipBob’s forecasting program and provide coverage to a growing list of sites across different time zones. This role reports to Manager, Network & Capacity Planning.

The People Services Coordinator is responsible for responding to queries and issues related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing effective solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate People team partner, participating in projects aimed at improving HR processes and the employee experience while influencing the ShipBobber workplace experience and helping foster an engaging culture.

This role is an individual contributor responsible for developing and supporting our partner fulfillment centers to ensure they are all performing to the necessary standards. The Operations Support Manager will build solid partnerships with new, and existing, 3PL partner sites by understanding their unique needs and facilitating their success within ShipBob’s dashboard and suite of fulfillment services.

The Vice President of Marketing will be a critical leader within ShipBob, responsible for building and executing a world-class marketing strategy that fuels revenue growth, elevates brand awareness, and positions ShipBob as the fulfillment platform of choice for ecommerce businesses of all sizes globally.

The Merchant Success Associate (MSA) will join ShipBob’s growing Merchant Success team responsible for understanding the unique strategic needs of our Midmarket merchants and delivering massive value to help facilitate their growth and success. The MSA will work together with a Portfolio Success Manager(s) and/or Senior Merchant Success Manager(s) to support ShipBob’s largest merchants.

As a Software Development Engineer II - Full Stack at ShipBob, you will be primarily responsible for the development of production level software in coordination with your team. You will work very closely with Product Owners and your Engineering Manager. You will become a go-to expert in one area of the codebase and understand the broad architecture of the entire system.
