The Service Operations Scheduler plays a central role in ensuring that customers receive timely, high-quality service for their solar systems by coordinating and scheduling Field Service Technician (FST) site visits. This role manages all logistics related to appointment setting, customer communication, and alignment of technician capacity with demand. Schedulers confirm availability, explain next steps, and ensure customers feel supported and informed.

The Inventory & Fulfillment Optimization Specialist is responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining best-in-class inventory and fulfillment practices across our production and distribution network. This role serves as a key link between Cultivation, Production, Retail, and Compliance, ensuring consistent execution, data integrity, and readiness for growth as we scale.

Responsible for developing the distribution and dispensing strategy, patient support services strategy and negotiating contracts with hub vendor, specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies, home infusion and site of care, while ensuring alignment with and endorsement from senior management. This role will also be integral in overseeing distribution activities of products in the US from third-party logistics vendors through the distribution network to end customers.
