The Account Fleet Coordinator is the primary client service contact, sharing ownership of the client experience with the Client Strategy Manager (CSM). They maintain client relationships, provide sales and administrative support to client accounts and partners with Fleet Operations. The AFC provides reporting and administrative support to the sales team and exceeds client expectations through verbal and written communication.
The Client Account Coordinator will be responsible for the accounting administrative functions within Fleet Management. This role involves researching billing questions, contacting customers regarding accounts receivable, and serving as the main point of contact for billing inquiries from various teams and customers. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent customer service skills.
The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide support and guidance to Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled as well as unscheduled repairs. The Service Advisor recommends proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a properly maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

The IAC collaborates with multiple internal departments to ensure a timely, competitive, and seamless experience for the client.
