Account Setup & Onboarding:
- Set up trucking accounts for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client information in CRM and tracking sheets.
- Ensure all documentation and account details are properly organized.
Dispatch & Shipment Coordination:

- Verify carrier invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
