The US Customs Brokerage Entry Writer supports the US Operations Manager by handling administrative and client engagement tasks within the customs brokerage sales cycle, ensuring accurate and timely client interactions. This is an excellent entry point into the international trade industry.

This position will work with our LTL (less-than-truckload) Load Management team to coordinate and assist our carriers to ensure excellent service for our customers. Communicate with carriers regarding booked loads and with external and internal parties regarding delays or issues with shipments. Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met.

The Warranty Service Ops role is responsible for providing a high quality customer experience to all Western Digital customer. Oversee operations of multiple outsourced Service Operations providers and internal organization. Resolve daily service operations related issues. Ensures Logistics capability is in place to fulfill customer requirements in compliance with documented work instructions.
