Coordination Assistant

Help facilitate critical transplant logistics while supporting a dedicated team of professionals! Support 24/7 operational needs by assisting with dispatch, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks. Handle incoming calls and document requests accurately in the Trinity Application Center (TAC) system. Assist Logistics Coordinators with transportation arrangements, tracking, and special requests (e.g., catering, flight confirmations). Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners via phone, text, and email. Maintain compliance with company procedures and customer-specific protocols. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.
