The Region - Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and performance of the company’s fleet of vehicles within a specific geographical region. This includes ensuring the fleet is maintained to meet operational needs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. The Region - Fleet Manager will lead a team of fleet technicians, maintenance staff, and operators, working closely with other departments to optimize fleet utilization, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Crew Schedulers are an essential part of the Crew Service Team. This role involves working with remote and Salt Lake City-based Team Members to schedule Pilots and Flight Attendants in accordance with government and company regulations, airline schedule requirements, and flight qualifications. Essential skills include remaining calm under pressure, focusing on solutions, communicating clearly, and maintaining a positive attitude.
