Remote Dispatcher

Summary:

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive remote Dispatcher to coordinate the daily schedules and logistics of our field technicians.
• The Dispatcher will optimize technician schedules, maximize job density, and help field teams stay focused on completing inspections.
• You’ll serve as a central point of contact for 20+ field technicians and coordinate with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the daily dispatch schedule across San Diego and Quad-County service areas.
• Coordinate technician assignments based on location, availability, workload, and job requirements.
• Monitor schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments for cancellations, delays, site access issues, and other changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and scheduling systems.
