Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch remote service specialists to assignments, balancing workloads and optimizing response times.
- Monitor incoming service queues, assess priority and scope, and coordinate with technician leads on emergency and contract work.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dispatch software or CRM platforms.
