Detail-oriented and proactive Referral Operations Associate needed to help manage our patient referral process. Working with the U.S.-based team, you'll ensure every patient referral is handled quickly, accurately, and professionally. Responsibilities include reviewing medical documentation, contacting medical suppliers, and following up on referrals.

Monitor Traba's daily operations live and make sure all shifts posted on our marketplace are executed flawlessly. Coordinate closely with Territory Operations Manager to understand each customer’s unique needs. Ensure a positive and trusted experience for our workers on our platform. Resolve support issues for workers in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate with and manage our workers effectively.
