Sr. Manager, Provider Network Operations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Owns end to end operations and expansions for our provider networks in the US & Canada.
• Deeply understand and elevate Carrot’s strategic positioning within the US & Canada healthcare and provider ecosystems.
• Define and deliver on KPIs related to provider network operations response including establishing goals, methodology on measurement/tracking, and execution.

The Team:

• Global Clinical Operations leverages the country, regional and global expertise of our journeys to support efficient and compliant country expansion of our journeys
• Development of high-quality provider networks and partnerships, creation of evidence-based eligible journey reimbursement guides (BDGs), and implementation of clinical rigor and quality across every aspect of the Carrot experience and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in provider network operations, healthcare operations, or clinical operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to manage and grow large scale networks including vetting and auditing processes
