The Legal team works hand-in-hand with leaders across the company to support HopSkipDriveβs growth, innovation, and strategic initiatives. Serve as a βplayer coachβ to develop the bench of legal talent advising the company on product, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Work with cross-functional teams to provide advice, support their objectives, and set them up for success.
Manage and maintain with a deep understanding of all IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, and cloud services. Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices. Manage the IT budget, allocating resources and licenses efficiently and tracking expenses.
Provide outstanding support to current and potential caregivers, prioritizing their engagement and satisfaction. Achieve complete resolutions for caregiver inquiries and issues. Collaborate cohesively with the broader Customer Support & Operations Department teams to ensure a positive experience & facilitate smooth and safe rides. Build trust and comfort with caregivers through excellent customer service.
Ensure high standards of client care as a Metro Service Manager. Provide exceptional, proactive support for clients throughout the operational lifecycle, bridging the gap between Implementation, Customer Success, and ongoing Operations. Take ownership of ongoing client operations and issue resolution, working closely with cross-functional teams to proactively address client needs, improve service quality, and optimize ride experiences for HopSkipDrive.
As a Contracts Manager you will review, draft, redline and manage a wide range of commercial contracts. You will act as a liaison between Legal, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution. You will proactively identify and resolve contract issues, escalating when necessary. The ideal candidate will influence cross-functional partners and help drive decision-making by presenting contract-related insights and implications.
