Job Description
As a Marketplace Ride Operations team member, you'll connect those needing extra support to caregivers on wheels in a remote setting. You will proactively match rides within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, maintain high ride claim rates across all markets, and detect and communicate any trouble rides to the team. You will also continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the ride-matching operations and fulfill requests from our PCD+ program.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, strong critical thinking skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to switch between tasks with ease.
