The Compliance Operations Specialist role involves leading projects, driving complex operations, managing document filings, serving as a point of contact for government agencies, conducting research, systemizing workflows, and upholding high-quality standards. This role will require working directly with leadership to help expand client healthcare operations across the US. This is a fast-paced startup culture where you’ll navigate ambiguity and solve big problems, with very high autonomy.

Support the execution of Starface's Operations strategy including transportation management oversight and execution, order fulfillment, and 3rd party DC relationship management for multi-region operations. Define the strategy for these critical aspects of Starface’s operation while acting as a working manager to route and fulfill all trade partner orders. Manage 3rd party Distribution Center (DC) relationships, ensure physical and systematic inventory integrity, and oversee at least one direct report.
