Transportation Integration Manager

As the Transportation Integration Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation and transformation of mechanisms that support the success of ShipBob’s expanding transportation network. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to create and reinforce mechanisms that support a seamless experience for both internal teams (3P Transportation, Sort Center, Configuration, Merchant Care/Success) and ShipBob’s customers. Working backwards from merchant and shipper-facing goals on cost and quality to define ShipBob’s overall implementation strategy. To support this responsibility, you will identify, lead, and create processes with well-defined input metrics, establish clear ownership and reporting cadences, and partner with ShipBob’s product and capacity planning teams to ensure our processes and technology support our long-term growth plans.
