Role Description:
- We are seeking an SFN Network Development Manager to own the economic model of our third-party fulfillment network.
- You will build the cost-to-serve model and rate cards, and maintain shadow P&L.
- This is a build role for someone who understands fulfillment operations and can translate operations into costs.
What you’ll do:
- Build and own the cost-to-serve model for SFN partner operations including labor, equipment, occupancy.
- Serve as the validation gate on new agreements, ensuring economic viability and enforceability.
- Design and own partner-facing performance reporting and shadow P&L.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 7+ years in operational finance and costing in fulfillment or distribution.
- Demonstrated experience building cost-to-serve models from first principles.
- Fluency with SQL and data platforms like Databricks.
