What You'll Do:
- Own daily order management across retail channels and validate purchase orders against inventory and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with fulfillment providers to meet shipping, routing, labeling, and EDI compliance for national retailers.
- Prepare invoices, reconcile quantities, and investigate chargebacks with Finance.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of wholesale order management, retail operations, or customer operations experience.
- Hands-on EDI monitoring and resolution, plus experience with third-party warehouses and retailer portals.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a track record of improving operational processes.
