The Order Management Specialist will support Kiddom’s print fulfillment process, working directly with school customers to ensure large, complex orders are accurate and complete. You will intake and organize bulk orders, interface with customer contacts to confirm details, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit orders to print vendors. You will track the status of orders and update systems like NetSuite.
