Order Management Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract - Maternity Cover)

About the Role:

• As an Order Management Specialist, you will enable sellers to be more efficient and ensure a smooth customer experience upon contract close.
• You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and manage processes that move opportunities to recognized revenue faster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to revenue quickly, including order processing and coaching sellers.
• Partner closely with Finance and Sales to resolve order questions and process orders within defined service level agreements.
• Drive compliance with company policies and proactively identify opportunities to improve the order process.

Qualifications:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, or Sales Operations.
• You possess strong business English, proficiency in MS Office, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach.
• You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, and drive productivity in a remote environment.
