The Manager of CAT Operations supports the operational needs of the CAT division managing relationships with CAT vendors, ensuring operational execution, and handling escalated customer concerns., including organizing travel arrangements for CAT deployments.

Assist internal and external stakeholders to deliver on priorities and business objectives, playing a key supporting role in enabling significant social change and impacting lives on a global scale. Responsibilities include people related needs, regional management/operations, finance and business systems support, and entity operations and compliance.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of an Implementation  Team ensuring customers realize the full value of Granicus’ software and services. Leading with confidence and care, promoting a high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and goal attainment are foundational principles of this role.

Elevate the growth and success of our franchise system in this role. Facilitate Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations, support New Restaurant Openings (NROs), and build influence through strong operational knowledge and credibility with franchisees and their employees. Identify key areas for improvement related to operational efficiency and profitability.

The Operations Manager will join Woflow's fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts, overseeing the overall end-to-end process for a specific client account and our German region ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools.
