Open Positions

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for end user inquiries, delivering timely, high-quality support via phone, email, and chat to Care Access frontline staff.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with end users by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a deep understanding of their day-to-day workflows and challenges.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance that enables frontline teams to operate efficiently and confidently.

Sub-Investigator

$130,000–$165,000/yr

  • Work closely with the Principal Investigator to oversee the execution of study protocols and ensure site compliance with Good Clinical Practice.
  • Be available to see subjects virtually or in-person, answer their questions, and resolve medical issues during the study visit.
  • Perform trial procedures as per delegation, including prescreening candidates, obtaining informed consent, and administering questionnaires.

$55,000–$75,000/yr

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and monitor the company's general ledger to ensure accurate and timely month-end close.
  • Lead the ASC 606 revenue determinations and accounting treatments, collaborating across teams to review revenue recognition policies.
  • Assist with the development, review, and updating of accounting policies, procedures, checklists, and related documentation.

$140,000–$190,000/yr

  • Manage 1-2 large account relationships including stakeholder management, driving balanced growth, and identifying partnership and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own overall strategic growth plan for accounts and manage internal and customer stakeholders to drive alignment and execution on plan
  • Develop and execute sales strategy for overall territory/market segment
