Care Access Study Start Up Managers play a critical role in facilitating the start-up activities needed to select and activate studies at sites within Care Access. This role supports the selection and start-up process for our sites by leading cross-functional groups across the global organization to complete successful pre-site visits and accelerate site activation.

The Registered Nurse, Clinical Delivery will manage the communication of critical and abnormal lab results to patients. This includes contacting patients, documenting communications, following up on lab escalations, and collaborating with providers. This role is also responsible for patient education and serves as a point of escalation for the Member Services team.

This executive role is accountable for leading a high-performing team of Community Engagement Partners (CEPs), managing national strategic partnerships, optimizing team performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for Future of Medicine(FoM) Members, Ambassadors, and community stakeholders.

In this pivotal role as Data Project Manager, you will drive Agile ceremonies and team productivity while fostering a collaborative environment focused on building scalable data pipelines and analytics tools to support clinical operations. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Agile principles, excels in team facilitation, and has hands-on experience supporting data engineering teams working with Python, SQL, Databricks, and the Azure cloud ecosystem.

This individual will serve as a key legal advisor on global data privacy and protection matters, particularly in support of our clinical trial site operations, data-driven initiatives, and emerging business lines. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with GDPR, solid knowledge of U.S. federal and state privacy laws, experience with HIPAA, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, international, and innovation-driven environment.

The Manager, Central Study Coordinators hires, develops, enables, and engages their team of Central Study Coordinators (CSCs) to ensure a high level of performance and an exceptional customer experience. The manager will provide day to day support to the CSCs to drive study results and help CSCs navigate the complexities of study operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with sponsor teams, Care Access leadership, and other teams as required to deliver study results.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in this role will manage the communication of abnormal test results to patients and provide medical consults, functioning within their scope of practice ensuring compliance with state licensure requirements. This includes contacting patients, documenting communications, following up on medical escalations, and collaborating with RN, Member Services, and site teams to ensure all patient interactions are appropriately managed and documented.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead and oversee our health screening and research study programs. The Program Director will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring the successful launch of new programs, and fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in clinical research.
