Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance that enables frontline teams to operate efficiently and confidently.
Own end-to-end payroll processing for designated entities.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and applicable international payroll regulations.
Oversee relationships with payroll providers, including accountability for service delivery, accuracy, and compliance across domestic and international payrolls.
Manage 1-2 large account relationships including stakeholder management, driving balanced growth, and identifying partnership and cross-sell opportunities
Own overall strategic growth plan for accounts and manage internal and customer stakeholders to drive alignment and execution on plan
Develop and execute sales strategy for overall territory/market segment
