ShipBob is looking for a Vice President, Merchant Success to lead our team of in-house supply chain experts who serve as strategic partners to our most important customers. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing, consultative team that delivers long-term value and operational excellence. The VP will own the post-sale customer relationship, driving retention and merchant satisfaction by delivering proactive, insight-led partnerships.
The Manager, Success Operations will be part of ShipBob’s Supply Chain Innovation team responsible for understanding the unique strategic needs of each of our B2B merchants and delivering massive value to help facilitate their growth and success. They will manage and develop a team of Success Operations Associates and Specialists tasked with fulfillment of retailer purchase orders, influencing merchant retention and expansion programs.

Lead a cross-functional business unit focused on getting new homes from signed to live—faster, better, and more consistently. You’ll be responsible for getting it live on Wander and working with a cross-functional team including marketing, operations and product to build a world-class launch machine. Collaborate with teams across operations, design, product, and engineering to align on priorities, unblock issues, and execute against aggressive launch targets.
