New Sr. Manager, Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Operations Efficiency Agenda, leading cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the operations expense base.
• Drive Cost Savings and Service Improvement by identifying opportunities, analyzing logistics cost drivers, and leading cross-functional workstreams.
• Partner Cross-Functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to deliver results and ensure savings are validated and reflected in forecasts.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Continuous Improvement, with a strong understanding of logistics and cost-to-serve drivers.
• Experience managing a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives and partnering with Finance on savings validation and forecasting.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement, with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Education and Other Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering; Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Travel required up to 20%, with a flexible work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings across regions.
