Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

About the Role:

• Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, you will drive cost savings and operational excellence across SharkNinja's Operations organization.
• You will own the visibility, governance, and execution of initiatives that reduce cost, improve service, and unlock scalable efficiency.
• This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a strategic operator who can move from executive-level portfolio management to deep analytical problem solving.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Operations Efficiency program, managing the project portfolio from opportunity identification to benefits realization.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to identify and deliver high-impact opportunities.
• Establish clear governance, routines, and reporting to ensure initiatives remain on track and leaders have visibility to progress.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement, ideally in consumer products or high-growth global operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, and cost-to-serve drivers, with proven ability to lead cost reduction initiatives.
• Analytical skills, Lean/Six Sigma background, and experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
