As a Manager of Business Operations or Chief of Staff, you are a strategic planner and operational executor who will drive projects across departments. You will report to various leaders and, as a key member of the leadership team at PAR, drive mission-critical projects across business units. This is a fast-track, high-impact role where you’ll act as a thought partner to General Managers and senior leadership, and operate as their delegate.

Partner directly with our VP of Operations and help scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power our care delivery engine. You will be at the center of operations, collaborating across clinical, support, product, and engineering teams to drive efficiency, improve quality, and build infrastructure that supports exceptional patient care. You will have real ownership from day one, the autonomy to make things happen, and a clear path to grow into leadership.

The Executive Vice President of Operations and Special Projects is a peer member of the senior leadership team responsible for organizational coordination, performance management, and operational excellence across the Good Jobs Economy initiative. This role requires strategic thinking, systems coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders. Lead the end-to-end operations for Pix in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local payments landscape and is passionate about building scalable, high-performing, and compliant operations. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and customer support to ensure the success of Pix as a key local payment method.
