You will lead enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives as part of the Transformation Office, driving operational excellence across Trulioo.
This role sits at the intersection of continuous improvement, process redesign, and automation execution, enabling scalable growth through AI-driven solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, mapping processes and redesigning workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
Define and evolve an automation strategy, developing ROI-driven business cases and overseeing delivery of automation tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to track performance and ensure sustained improvements across the organization.

Candidate Profile:

You bring 8-10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, automation leadership, or transformation roles, with hands-on expertise in automation tools.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to build business cases, engage stakeholders, and lead distributed teams.
A hands-on, outcomes-driven mindset, comfortable balancing strategic roadmap ownership with execution.
