Operational Excellence (OpEx) Manager – EMEA

Job Description:

• You will drive end-to-end frontline transformations across EMEA customer base, coaching operators and leadership to win using the Redzone platform.
• You will simultaneously manage 5–6 customer accounts during 90-day engagement cycles with intense 4-week onsite deployments.
• You will deliver measurable ROI by challenging the status quo and unlocking productivity gains.

Qualifications:

• You have substantial hands-on experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Continuous Improvement Leader, or Manufacturing Consultant.
• You have deep roots in manufacturing, preferably Food & Beverage or CPG.
• You have proven agility and career progression across different manufacturing environments every 2–3 years.

Additional Information:

• This is a remote field-based role with ~90% travel (Monday–Friday, minimum 42 weeks per year).
• Compensation includes £70,000–£85,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses and car allowance.
