The Global Account Director β New Business identifies, develops, and closes new customer opportunities for QAD Redzone. This role focuses on generating pipeline, driving new sales, and establishing long-term relationships with prospective clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Redzone solutions and secure new business.
The Install Base Global Account Director manages, retains, and expands relationships with QAD Redzoneβs existing customer accounts. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption of Redzone modules, and uncovering new revenue opportunities through expansions, upsells, and renewals. This role will act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with stakeholders to maximize the value customers receive from their Redzone investment.
The Large Enterprise National Account Director develops new business with prospects and manages the full cycle sales process, including initial lead generation, prospect evaluation, and negotiation to closing. This position requires travel up to 60% of the time. The director will meet with potential sales prospects to determine business needs.
