Key Responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with Quanta’s business objectives.
- You will oversee all manufacturing operations including production planning, capacity management, and supply chain coordination.
- You will establish and maintain robust quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- You have a minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in energy or infrastructure.
- You possess expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Travel and Physical Demands:
- You will travel 30-40% of the time.
- Physical demands are seldom, including stationary position, pushing/pulling, and climbing.
- You will work in a typical office environment with occasional outdoor conditions.
