What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with project schedules and company growth plans.
- Negotiate long-term contracts, MSAs, and preferred supplier agreements for major spend areas.
- Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers and evaluate performance on safety, delivery, cost, and quality.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field with 12-15+ years of supply chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontracting practices, and commercial risk concepts.
- Experience with power generation facilities and EPC project supply chains.
