The Role:
- Senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic direction and operational performance of a multi-site manufacturing region.
- Serves as the critical link between enterprise strategy and site-level execution, providing strategic guidance to Directors, Site Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic direction for regional manufacturing operations, translating enterprise production goals into clear regional priorities.
- Own the regional P&L, analyze performance data, and drive data-based decisions on capital investments and resource allocation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across CPG Production, Cultivation, Quality, Compliance, People, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering or Business required.
- 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing environment; multi-site leadership experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma; strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L management experience.
