Position Overview:
- This role involves traveling to various Zum locations to serve as interim location manager.
- Requires strategic adaptability to ensure operational excellence across different sites.
- Focus on maintaining high standards and supporting operational scalability.
Responsibilities:
- Act as interim leader, develop operational plans, and oversee fleet and team management.
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while using IT infrastructure for KPI monitoring.
- Manage full P&L, coordinate with HR and safety teams, and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in transportation or logistics.
- Proven track record in safety, team development, and unionized environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder relationship skills.
