We're seeking a Team Leader to uphold and enhance the standards of our Loss Prevention Team and oversee quality assurance processes. In this crucial role, You'll implement performance metrics and ensure accuracy and efficiency in theft detection while driving continuous improvement.

Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control. Manage teams and external stakeholders, improve processes, and ensure that business objectives are met within set timelines and budgets. Manage a fully remote team across multiple time zones, as well as collaborating with stakeholders in a multi-national environment.

Oversee daily operations, lead a team, implement policies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Must foster a positive work environment and ensure site safety, with a focus on service delivery.

This role involves operational oversight, standardization, and process development within the Professional Services team, focusing on metrics, financial management, AI initiatives, quality assurance, and customer engagement to drive scalability and service excellence.

The Labeling Operations Manager manages a metrics driven internal team as well as external vendors responsible for delivering the labels needed by internal customer teams who rely on this data for the development of critical ML models used in Autonomy. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify and define requirements for efficient tooling and automation to streamline labeling and QA processes.

Lead and optimize the operations of our global expansion efforts, ensuring seamless scaling of Deel’s services into new markets. Manage cross-functional initiatives, streamline processes, and provide strategic insights to drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Assist in developing and streamlining processes to enhance overall operational efficiency. Conduct research and analysis to identify operational areas for improvement, offering insightful recommendations for enhancement. Provide vital administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, file organization, and document management. This role is open to in person (Atlanta, GA) or remote work.
