Whippy

As the first Engineering Manager at Whippy, you'll spend time coding and building new products, working with the CTO to manage and scale the engineering team, conducting 1-1s, managing the hiring pipeline, conducting technical interviews, code reviews and releasing new features.

Whippy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide world-class support and ensure customer success by mastering the Whippy platform. Responsibilities include addressing client issues via various channels, conducting data migrations, coordinating with communication platform providers, training users, and contributing to product enhancement through client interaction feedback and documentation.

As a Backend Engineer, you'll craft highly scalable and intuitive APIs to rapidly deploy new products and services, write Engineering Requirement Documents to take ideas to implementation, and build test suites to maintain product performance and integrate product analytics. You should have a strong understanding of web API architecture and a desire to be part of the entire project development process.
