Head of Operations (Remote, LATAM or US)

What you will own:

• Revenue operations: billing, collections, payments, quote to cash, sales ops, account changes.
• Contracts and vendors: templates, renewals, usage audits, and alignment of signed, used, and paid.
• Partner administration: rev share, records, pipeline, and co-marketing logistics.

What success looks like:

• First 30 days: personally run every billing, payment, and contract process and document what is broken.
• First 90 days: zero overdue invoices, systems reconciled, and CEO out of Stripe and contracts.
• First six months: hire Operations Associate, partner admin, recruiting, and people ops run through you.
