The Client Insights Analyst will be a critical member of the Client Management team, responsible for producing clear, accurate, and timely reporting that supports both external client deliverables and internal performance tracking. This role partners closely with the Data & Analytics team to transform raw data into actionable insights. The Client Insights Analyst ensures that reporting is accurate and tells the story behind the numbers in a way that drives client trust and internal accountability.
The Operational Client Manager is a key partner in delivering smooth and efficient pharmacy benefit operations for AffirmedRx clients, working closely with the Account Manager. This role serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day benefit updates, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams.
