Lead the design, governance, and implementation of the company's multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and related enterprise integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, security, product, and operations teams to develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies and roadmaps.
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and oversee integration patterns with enterprise systems.
Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and quarterly check-ins.
Partner with stakeholders to drive execution of HR programs and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Design and execute cohesive communication strategies across the organization, maintaining resources like the Manager Hub and facilitating leadership roundtables.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
Provide architectural guidance and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Manage integrations with upstream/downstream systems and third-party services, ensuring data governance and performance.
