Primary Duties:
- Lead end-to-end strategy and operations for encounter data submission and reconciliation.
- Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for rejected diagnoses.
- Drive process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to increase acceptance rates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in encounter data or risk adjustment.
- 3+ years project management experience with complex initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SQL, X12 837, CMS EDPS.
