Waymark is seeking a Forward-Deployed Solutions Data Scientist to bridge the gap between data science innovation and real-world implementation, owning the technical lift of onboarding, productionizing models, and supporting live deployments. This role embeds data science expertise directly into customer implementations and is highly versatile, thriving at the intersection of technical execution, healthcare data expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor data annotation projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with the research, product, healthcare providers and UI/UX teams to accurately identify the elements in need of annotation. Create detailed instruction sets and lead scaled annotation efforts with external annotation teams.
The Senior Performance Analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners to improve data quality, streamline new concept development, continuously improve outcomes, optimize workflows and reduce costs. They will translate business needs into meaningful analysis by blending healthcare business knowledge with data, technical, and analytical expertise. The role involves understanding healthcare data, performing analysis, and ensuring data implementation meets client and business requirements.
