As an Analyst, you’ll resolve critical data problems that drive marketers' strategic decisions, ensuring the platform delivers accurate, actionable insights. You will investigate issues, engage with customers via Helpdesk (Jira) & video calls (Google Meet), collaborate with Engineering, Product, & Customer Success teams, master Improvado’s tools (SQL) & marketing APIs (Facebook, Reddit), and document recurring cases.

As an Analyst, you’ll be the frontline hero for marketers, resolving critical data problems that drive their strategic decisions. Your work ensures our platform delivers accurate, actionable insights—directly impacting client success and our product’s evolution. You will solve complex data challenges and engage & empower customers.
