You will supervise analytic employee-owners, act as an analytic program manager, working with the Project Management Office, and partner with other Telligen analytic and programmatic leadership. You will support quality improvement efforts at the local, state, and national levels. You retrieve, validate, analyze, report, and visualize data.
As a Research Lead, you will manage complex project and program support offerings, ensuring adequate resourcing and exceeding customer expectations. You will also collaborate with teams, teach new skills, and mentor collaborators. Leveraging your seasoned research experience, you'll contribute to evolving research services and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding objectives, project needs, and feedback.
