As a Data Onboarding Manager, you will own the end-to-end process of acquiring and automating district data within our system. This role requires strong project and client management skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the data onboarding process. This role also requires a deep understanding of data structure, technical expertise in SQL and Python, and the ability to develop plug-ins when needed.

Assist in the development and delivery of AI projects, helping our engineers and researchers deliver on AI initiatives aligned with our strategic business goals. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI applications to inform client solutions. Support the design and implementation of AI projects, including data preparation, model selection, and deployment.

Lead the Data Annotation Department, managing a team of 350+ analysts, program managers, engineers, and annotators, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless 24/7 operations; collaborate with AI/ML, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to support model development and communicate project health to stakeholders.

Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of data-driven analyses, reports and projects that support our Customer Experience team. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder requests, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs from data analysts, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

We are seeking a hands-on Manager to lead our team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers providing leadership, mentorship, and project management, while serving as a key liaison between the team and stakeholders across the company. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.
