Shape and activate innovative processes that redefine how we measure consumer shopping behavior as a Principal Data Scientist. As an individual contributor, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our latest measurement innovation across Europe. The Associate Director, Data Management is responsible for providing leadership and expertise in all aspects of clinical data management for an assigned program(s) or study(ies). This role involves strategic and hands-on support, vendor oversight, and contributions to departmental process and standards development.

This position is fully remote, reporting to the VP of Operations. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end implementation and ongoing maintenance of data feeds from carriers, TPAs, PBMs, and benefits administration systems.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor data annotation projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with the research, product, healthcare providers and UI/UX teams to accurately identify the elements in need of annotation. Create detailed instruction sets and lead scaled annotation efforts with external annotation teams.

This role is key to ensuring successful delivery against the program- and study-level accountabilities assigned to Data and Statistical Sciences. Aligning DSS study teams with program- and study-level strategies, the role supports governance of assigned programs and studies, both within and outside DSS.
